International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Import taxes, duties and customs fees are collected by your government and they have nothing to do with this site. In case that the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products are to be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again. Relevant costs (round shipping, customs and etc) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
- Little Black and the delivery company have the authority to deliver the goods to the specified location even in the absence of the recipient.
Since Little Black ships the goods at the customer's request, Little Black is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result.
For Product Returns due to Reasons Caused by the Customer
Product returns due to reasons caused by the customer such as incorrect shipping address, unidentifiable recipient, unpaid taxes and duties, etc.
- The returned product will not be re-shipped.
- The customer is responsible for all/any relevant expenses during the return process such as return shipping, Customs fee, etc. This will be done by either deduction from refunds or extra charges.
(1) Process for refund requests
Once the parcel returns, refund will be issued after all fees and expenses are subtracted. Price will vary depending on return shipping method.
For non EMS regular service regions, refund will be issued in accordance with the EMS Premium Service.
(2) Re-delivery requests
Re-delivery requests are NOT accepted.
■ Return Policy
All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving the item (even for defective items), and must be returned and shared the return tracking number to us within 7 days after confirmation.
Please note that the deadlines are based on KST (Korean Standard Time).
We don’t accept Exchange requests "after shipment" due to a change of mind. Please return and get refunded for item price.
Cancelation and Exchange "before shipment" is subject to approval.
Little Black must be contacted via the Q and A Board before making any returns or exchanges. Product availability must be checked first for exchanges.
When posting a refund request for defective or wrongly shipped items, please include detailed pictures of the item(s) along with the order number,
product codes, and a written explanation to the Q and A Board.
If any items are missing from your package, contact our customer service the day you receive your package.
Little Black will only bear the shipping costs of defective or wrongly shipped items.
All customers will be responsible for return shipping costs , initial shipping costs and possible return tax may be deducted on the refund.
If non-defective items are sent to Little Black along with defective items, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
* If the return deadline is over
* If there is any sign of worn or used after delivered
* If the tag / label is removed
* If the item was washed or repaired
* If the item is with scent of perfume or smell of cigarette / etc
* If the item was mentioned as non-returnable/exchangeable in the site like discounted item
* If the item is damaged including all components by customer
* If the order made via other channel, not our site
* All goods returned without previous notice will not be accepted.
■ Case Eligible for Return/Exchange and Cancellation available
1. Order cancellation or change before shipment
A. Order Cancellation and Change
i. You can cancel your order or make changes to items/shipping information before shipment.
ii. Changes can only be processed when your order is in Before Shipment status (Preparing Shipment).
Changes or cancellations require confirmation from Customer Service. Contact us immediately via email or Q and A board.
iii. You may only change the option of the same item you ordered. Exchange for a different item is not accepted.
iv. If your order status is not in Before Shipment (Preparing Shipment), it means your order has already been packed and sent out,
so we cannot process the cancellation or change.
B. When the ordered item is out of stock
i. We are running a pre-order system where items are stocked as orders are placed.
ii. Please be advised that stock availability may change depending on when you purchase the items, so there might be sold-out items in your order.
iii. Sold-out items will be cancelled and refunded via your original payment method, and the rest of your items will ship when the order is ready.
We kindly ask for your consideration on this matter.
2. Regarding return cost
A. Return due to change of mind
i. If your order has met the free shipping requirement
1) You will be responsible for both initial and return shipping fees, if you return your entire order.
2) You will be responsible for both initial and return shipping fees, if you return a part of your order and the rest of your order amount does not meet the free shipping requirement.
3) You will be responsible for return shipping fee only, if you return a part of your order and the rest of your order amount still meets the free shipping requirement.
ii. If your order did not meet the free shipping requirement, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee as you already paid for initial shipping cost when you ordered.
iii. Exchanges after shipment are not accepted.
B. Return due to defective items or wrong delivery
i. Relevant costs will be responsible by store. For return shipping fee, customer must send a photo copy of the return shipment receipt to Customer Service for reimbursement.
ii. Once item is returned, we will proceed with the refund for returned item(s) and return shipping fee.
iii. Exchanges after shipment are not accepted.
1. Requests for exchange/refund are accepted only if the requests are made within 3 days of the date of receipt via our Q and A board or CS e-mail. The shipping costs occurring from refund process due to misdelivery or product defect are the responsibility of our shopping mall and we will make our best effort to process your request as soon as possible.
2. Please be careful to use a knife or scissors when opening the parcel envelope or box. Please check the location of the contents in a bright place and carefully open the package. Cuts in the product/s made by the customer while opening the package is not valid for return, exchange and refund.
3. It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order. Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
1. Review Points
Review Points will be issued as following the rank of your membership only.
Returned items/sold-out items are not applicable to receive points.
Not just product review but claim reviews about received items will be moved to 'Product Q&A' section.
Picture that exposes the label tag will not receive points and will be deleted without notice.
Product/s bought below $8 and review/s wrote 7 days after delivery will not receive points.
Off season products and discount products are not applicable to receive points.
2. Terms of ineffective Review Points
Pending Review Points issued from a purchase will be automatically cancelled on cancelling or returning the order.
You cannot claim your Review Points once your membership has been withdrawn.
The remaining Review Points shall be expired if the accumulation of credits ceases for a period of 3 years after the prior process.
If you write a review for each product you purchase, we will credit you in Reward Points.
* 0.5 Point : Text review only per 1 item
* 2 Points : Text and Photo review per 1 item
* To confirm your identity, register and sign in before writing your review.
* 1 Point can be used as $1.
* Points will be issued once your review is verified by staff.
* To earn your reward credits, you have to join a membership.
* If the attached photo doesn’t show you are putting on the product or using it, the review points will be issued as Text review ($0.5 point).
* Review post is available to write within 7 days after order updated as 'delivered', and review point is also available to issue in this period only.

* SIVER - Order amount from 500 under 1000 USD - 1% Reward Points issued automatically & 2% discount for the order

* GOLD - Order amount from 1000 under 2000 USD - 2% Reward Points issued automatically & 3% discount for the order
1 Free shipping coupon & 1 of 10% discount coupon will be issued to account.
